He has more than 10 years of experience in music education and student activity management. He is the vocal lecturer of Singapore Capital College of Arts, one of the advisers and judges of the Asian Music Festival and Music Competition, an Expert Member for Guangdong Music Art Committee of the Olympic Expo, Excellent Music Instructor of The Art festival of World Chinese Adolescents, the Hong Kong International Music Festival, International Vocal Open Competition, and many more! He has performed in the world premiere of the Chinese-English bilingual musical "METROPOLIS!" as the settler characters and chorus members. During his tenure, he led music major students to successful admission to top music conservatories such as the JHU-Peabody, NEC,CCM, Berklee, Mannes, and others.
