On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Shenzhen International Foundation College, it is truly exhilarating. Over these two decades, through rain and shine, our school has undergone major events such as campus relocation and the impact of the pandemic. Yet, each challenge has made us more resilient. We are fortunate to have witnessed generations of students embarking from here, stepping into the academic hall of Harvard, Columbia, Stanford, University of Chicago, Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Imperial College, LSE, and other prestigious institutions worldwide. Our alumni, scattered across the globe like shining stars, not only illuminate their own life paths but also reflect the brilliant achievements of our education. They are the most proud representatives and treasures of SIFC. 

Having worked in the field of education for over half a century, I have always held a certain belief: Although we send generations of students to world-renowned universities, this is not the entirety of education. We deeply understand that true education lies in "awakening" and "igniting". The purpose of education is not just to get into prestigious schools, but rather to conduct a profound journey of self-discovery and growth for the students. Each student is unique, and we hope that every student at our school can find their own path to growth and bloom in the best possible way. This is our unwavering pursuit and our shared philosophy. 

Looking ahead, facing unprecedented changes and the ever-evolving field of education, our school will continue to delve into international education while seriously researching and promoting the integration of AI and education to build an open and innovative educational ecosystem. We will strengthen our connection with the world, enabling students to study and soar in cutting-edge technological fields while also becoming ambassadors of Chinese culture. We want students to gain a deeper understanding of themselves through their exploration of the world and the future, to become important participants on the global stage and to secure their place in it. 

At this moment, I would like to deeply thank every leader who has paid attention to and helped in the growth of our school, as well as the faculties, parents, and friends of our school for their support.
