SIFC was among the first to recognize the immense potential of artificial intelligence in education as early as the beginning of 2023. Leveraging this insight, we continuously innovated on the technical front and launched "Study Abroad GPT," a campus-specific version of ChatGPT, also known as "AI Study Abroad Circle." This initiative marked SIFC as the first international high school in China to independently develop a generative AI product, sparking a wave of technological innovation in the education sector and ushering in a new era of intelligent study abroad services.
Since its inception, "Study Abroad GPT" has undergone several iterations and now presents itself with a completely refreshed interface. Throughout the development and upgrade process, SIFC students and faculty have been actively involved, contributing their insights and efforts. This hands-on experience not only enhances the functionality and relevance of the AI tool but also fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration within our community.

"Study Abroad GPT" is meticulously designed with five core functionalities, each equipped to provide specialized support:
1.Document Assistant: Utilizing the advanced GPT-4-turbo model, the Document Assistant offers precise drafting and editing suggestions, providing more detailed and context-aware assistance for crafting application essays and personal statements.
2.Study Abroad Assistant: This feature leverages DALL·E 3 to generate presentation content and analyze visual data from university websites and brochures, offering students a comprehensive understanding of their prospective institutions.
3.Immigration Assistant: An upgraded web search function that provides up-to-date information on immigration policies, procedures, and case law, ensuring students have the latest insights for their visa applications.
4.Personalized Assistant: Advanced data parsing algorithms deliver a customized consulting experience, analyzing academic records and financial documents to offer tailored advice and support for each user.
5.Image Generation Assistant: Automatically generates artistic images and design pieces, providing technical support for users' creative projects and enhancing their portfolios.
Technical Optimizations：
1. GPT-4-turbo Core: Integrated with OpenAI’s latest GPT-4-turbo model, "Study Abroad GPT" excels in advanced language processing, ensuring high-quality and contextually relevant responses.
2. Multimodal Processing: Enhanced by DALL·E 3, the system now supports robust image generation and can accept and analyze image/video inputs, expanding its multimedia capabilities.
3. Web Search Capability: The Agent can now browse the web using Bing, delivering accurate and real-time answers to users' queries.
4. Data Analysis: Improved functions for uploading, processing, and analyzing text, tabular, and PDF files enable the Agent to provide more comprehensive and nuanced responses, supporting users with detailed information and and insights.
In addition to fulfilling the daily needs of teachers and students for literature search, resource integration, and knowledge expansion, "Study Abroad GPT" offers robust study abroad consulting services. Designed to assist families new to the process of studying abroad and immigration, it provides clear answers and essential knowledge, helping them confidently plan their future overseas education and life. Users can easily access "Study Abroad GPT" by following the official WeChat account of SIFC（深圳国际预科书院） and selecting the "Study Abroad GPT" option from the menu.
To date, over ten thousand users have benefited from this service, earning consistent praise.This self-developed product, built on the powerful language model of ChatGPT, stands out in both domestic and international schools, setting a benchmark for innovation in the education sector.At SIFC, we believe that educators should be enablers of creative thinking, not obstacles to learners entering the AI era.
