Syracuse University, founded in 1870, is located in the city of Syracuse, New York, USA. It is a well-known comprehensive and research university in the United States. Syracuse University is known for its academic freedom. In 2019 U.S. News and World Report Magazine, School of Public Administration and Affairs names Syracuse University as No. 1 in the United States, Design Intelligence magazine also ranks Syracuse University as one of the "10 Best American Colleges and Universities in 2019", and its School of Information, School of Computer Science and Engineering, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, the Newhouse School of Public Communication, the School of Visual and Performing Arts, and the School of Education are among the best in the United States.

Syracuse University has outstanding achievements and great influence in various subject areas. Newhouse College has produced media celebrities such as NBC's live broadcaster Bob Coastas and "60 Minutes" broadcaster Steve Droft, making it undoubtedly the flagship of Syracuse University. It has a dual degree program where students can choose any of the eight majors in Newhouse College and can choose a dual major in information management and technology.

Also famous is the Maxwell Citizenship and Public Affairs School, where teachers teach popular undergraduate courses in economics, history, geography, political science, and social sciences. In collaboration with NASA, the school has $3 million in effective aerospace engineering equipment and students have helped design a new reusable space launch vehicle. Syracuse students have also participated in NASA's Reduced Gravity Student Flight Program.

The College of Arts and Sciences is the largest college at Syracuse University, offering programs such as creative writing, philosophy, geography and chemistry. Three-quarters of students are doing undergraduate research and 43% are studying abroad. The most popular majors are psychology, political science, architecture, biology, and marketing management.

 

About Kyle

Kyle Huang is a well-informed, calm, and committed student. In his daily study, he works hard and his grades have been among the best in the past few years. Kyle is also very passionate about sports and has participated in organizing many school activities. He used to be the deputy director of the school Tennis Club, responsible for the day-to-day management and meetings of the club, training new members, and organizing many tennis tournaments on campus. Kyle is always committed and earnest. In Taiji, Wing Chun, or boxing classes, he has always been selected as the model student, showing others how to perform the right gestures.

 

In addition, Kyle has lots of overseas learning experience, such as going to Shuktoku College in Japan for cultural exchanges, studying local illustration art, and visiting local advanced refuse processing technologies. He has also been to Indonesia to participate in sea turtle conservation. On that trip, he understood the habits and conservation measures of sea turtles well, and further planned and promoted the protection of sea turtles in the local area.

 

What's more, Kyle has participated in the summer school of Stonehill College in the United States and studied  subject in animation and psychology. In the learning process, Kyle was constantly improving himself in research skills, critical thinking and analytical skills.

 

Kyle's successful admission is attributed to his continuous efforts and persistence in the high school stage. It’s believed that with these spiritual qualities, he will be able to realize his dreams in the future.
