A year to make history!

Sifc's 2019 college application results is particularly eye-catching, with student enrollment spread across the United States, Britain, Australia, France, Singapore and Hong Kong. In terms of applying to famous American universities, it is among the best in Shenzhen. In 2019, only four high school students from shenzhen were admitted to the university of Chicago. Recently, SIFC graduates received the admission notice from the national university of Singapore, refreshing the admission list of SIFC!

 

On the day of the celebration, the SIFC education achievement exhibition opened grandly. The historical wall shows the great events and educational achievements of sifc in its 15 years. In 2017, SIFC college was authorized by the college board of America to become an AP member school. In our school, there is a group of students that are full of energy and loves dancing，they are the embers form MST DANCING CLUB. As one of the most popular club in SIFC, MST is also one of the oldest club. In the past school activities, this group of energetic students always gave us wonderful and surprising dance performances.

 

A Cappella 《We Are Young》

Music is the only language that can be understood by people from all over the world. Singing is the collision of the hearts and the calling from the soul. Beautiful singing is the sound of nature. Music makes our hearts link closely together and helps our life to be more colorful. Acappella club is the most popular club in SIFC. The club is also well-known outside the campus in Shenzhen. They have participated in different domestic and international musical competitions. It was also the only high school student team to participate in the cappella competition of the Asian cappella music festival in November 2018 and won a silver award.

 

Piano Solo《杜朗圆舞曲》

A special performance from our little guest, Joey. Joey has learnt piano for 5 years and won the gold prize in Hong Kong International Arts Festival. He is also a gifted clarinet player in the Shenzhen Orchestra.

With the wonderful singing of the choir, the 15th anniversary celebration of Shenzhen International Foundation College came to an end. As the Principal of Yale university said, "To improve the world, for today and for future generations", this is also the educational belief of Principal Fu Tengxiao.
